Blue blight（蓝色疫病）

This is the fourth character I created. She is a very important member of the dragon clan , called blue blight. But different from the common understanding, she does not simply bring disease to the world, but controls the balance between different organisms. Animals and plants have the right to live, as well as viruses and fungi. They share this beautiful world, and the population is always in dynamic change. This delicate balance is maintained by the blue blight.

She gave up her normal body shape, grew a wing like membrane, swam quietly in the air, and controlled the number of biological populations by spreading and limiting epidemics.
